Q: How long does a paint job take? A: Average turn around time is 3 weeks, but can be longer with more complicated designs or larger bikes.
Q: Do you do bodywork? A: Yes, we can do bodywork and some modifications. Click on the “pricing” link to see a list of body work and pricing.
Q: If I need to cancel, is there a cancellation fee? A: Yes, there is a 10% fee, minimum of $100 plus any materials ordered and/or any labor started.
Q: Does the sheet metal come with the price? A: No, all pricing is to paint your supplied sheet metal unless noted.
Q: Do you take my old paint down to metal? A: If you have a stock paint job, we only need to sand off the decals and striping then prime. If it has custom paint or failing paint, it will need to go to metal or the primer, you will be charged a fee for this procedure.
Q: Will my job look identical to the one pictured? A: None of the jobs will be totally identical. Flames and graphic designs will be pretty close as pictured, we might have to change them to fit the bike. The murals and custom ordered theme bikes will not be duplicated, we can create a job specific to you.
Q: I don’t want anyone else to have my style of paint job, can you guarantee this? A: All our flames, graphics, concept designs and value priced line of paint is designed for production and lower cost for the customer. These designs will be duplicated to different clients. To get a job unique to you only, you want to go with a custom order job that incorporates artwork, murals & themes that are geared toward your style. You can’t order a black bike with HD logos and an eagle and expect no one else in the country to have one. |
